P3D: List of third-party airports

Third-party airports in Prepar3D are those airports developed by a third-party which are not available in the base simulator. As the simulator predates the advent of in-sim marketplaces and Lockheed Martin did not create their own, all airports released for the sim by parties other than Lockheed Martin are considered third-party. Generally users must manually install this type of content, though some retailers and developers offer automated install software which can also keep third-party content up-to-date.
