Tutorial #5 reviews the Before Start procedure using the Automated Flight Engineer as a tool to make learning the airplane easy. The PMDG DC-6 is a highly sophisticated and very in-depth study simulation of the DC-6 airplane, but we have taken the time to create tools that give users the choice of operating the DC-6 completely manually in accordance with the procedures, or whether they want to have their Flight Engineer handle the complex tasks to allow the user to focus on the fun part: Flying!
