Sim Update 5 for Microsoft Flight Simulator has certainly been a little on the divisive side. Whilst it delivered some great new content, gave some huge performance improvements and also finally made the Sim available for Xbox, it also came with more than a fair share of problems. Recently, Microsoft have discussed some of these issues and how they plan to fix them, so let’s take a look.
The two most significant problems with Sim Update 5 then, were the Crash to Desktops that many people have experienced, along with some pretty heavy downgrades on the graphics. Some additional problems have also led to issues with third party content.
